How we make money
Right now: we don’t. Here’s what that means and what could change.
Updated Works with any internet provider at the house.
Today
- No Starlink referral link. The few starlink.com links on this site are plain links. We earn nothing from them.
- No affiliate links. Parts are named by model so you can buy anywhere. Prices are shown so you can compare, not to send you to one store.
- No ads, no sponsors, no paid placements.
If that changes
The site may later add affiliate links for networking gear (for example, a retailer’s program) and, on a few pages only, a Starlink referral link. If it does:
- A plain-language disclosure sits right next to every such link, not just on this page.
- Affiliate links are marked
rel="sponsored". - Parts are still picked on spec and price, never on commission. Recommendations don’t change because a link pays.
- Pages for helping a parent and the land-test guide never carry a referral link.
- This page is updated first, with the date.
